B. Initial Engagement
Clients sign one stop service Agreement with us.
C. Dedicated Account Management & Execution
- Documentation: Clients provide product invoices and packing lists (or we arrange packing services) along with specific export requirements.
- Quotation & Planning: We forecast timelines and provide cost estimates for all procedures.
- Logistics & Delivery: We manage customs clearance, inspections, port operations, cargo insurance, and international logistics to ensure safe delivery to the overseas buyer.
- Settlement & Compliance: We handle foreign exchange collection, tax rebates, trade financing, and legal compliance, subsequently settling proceeds with the client.
- Reconciliation: We conduct final settlement of all expenses and agency fees. All charges are reimbursed on an actual-cost basis.
